old Inn's bar has a low beamed ceiling and a huge central fireplace. The

Devonport Inn - The Cleave Kingsand
The Devonport Inn on the
Cleave has a unique position in this historic, charming and traffic free
Cornish village yards from the small beach that looks out across the
Rame peninsula. On a sunny day one can sit out, eat well at great value
from the pub restaurant or sample local ales and fine wines from the
bar. Try one of our light, home baked Cornish pasties and a pint of
local beer or a fresh, seafood dish such as dressed crab, moules
marinieres, or potted shrimps accompanied with a glass of Prosecco or
chilled white wine. The Inn can accommodate forty six for lunch and
dinner including seating outside for twelve. We are open from 8.30 am

Come and visit us for a
relaxing drink and sample some of our delicious homemade food. Nestling
on the village green, The Rising Sun offers a true experience of a
traditional English pub. We are proud to be in our twelfth year at the
pub, hoping to be serving you for another twelve.
For real ale connoisseurs, Heligan Honey from Skinners Brewery in Truro,
and Sharp’s Ales from Rock in North Cornwall are a must! We also offer a
variety of draught & bottled lagers & cider, spirits and soft drinks.

The majority of our menu is comprised of homemade dishes and in season,
grilled fresh fish. Our speciality signature dish is our famous Fish
soup, packed with a selection of fresh fish, squid and mussels, made on
the premises to our own secret recipe and available all year round. We
are pleased to source most of our produce locally and use only the best
we can find.
Once a month, (on the middle Wednesday) we hold a pub quiz, open to all.
