Old Bakery, (previously Morans), Garrett Street, Cawsand
The Old Bakery (previously Morans) is a very special place to eat.
Located in the heart of the world heritage villages of Kingsand/Cawsand,
it’s just a stone’s throw from the sea and right on the south west
The building dates from 1760 and was once a coaching house and inn, and
later, a haberdashery, chemist and bank. The original architectural
features in the café are now Grade II listed to ensure they will
continue to delight visitors into the future.
The café is open from 10am-5pm every day (closed on Thursday) for
breakfasts, fresh lunches, and delicious home-made cakes and cream teas.
All our meals are accompanied with freshly baked bread from our own
in-house bakery. We are passionate about bread and bake every day from
scratch using 100% organic ingredients without any artificial bread
improvers or preservatives.
Chris and Liz Gunn look forward to welcoming you and ensuring your meal
is one to remember.
